"Hire a Realtor who can afford to tell you NO." ~ That quote stopped me in my tracks because 14 years ago, I probably wouldn't have understood it.

There was a time when the phone would ring, and before you could even finish your sentence, JD and I were grabbing our keys.

You wanted to see a house? Let's go.

You weren't pre-approved yet? No problem.

You and your spouse were "kind of, maybe, possibly" thinking about selling your home someday but wanted to spend an entire Saturday looking at houses first? Sure thing!

We were out the door before you could change your mind.

Back then, we thought every phone call was a client.

Every lead was an opportunity.

Every person who walked through our office door deserved a spot on our calendar.

Boy, were we wrong.

One of the biggest lessons we've learned as business owners is this:
