Sometimes the most important investment you will ever make is the one you make in yourself before anyone else sees what you see.

We always find money for what we value.

But in business, it’s rarely just about money.

In this conversation, Linda Hunt, Founder of SumSolutions, breaks down what’s really happening when someone says “that’s too expensive”—and why clarity matters just as much as pricing.

Not every client needs A–Z.

Sometimes the real impact starts with A.

Completed a 5K 🏃‍♀️ and got a haircut.

Keeping fit has always been one of my strategies for managing the pressure that comes with leadership. When you’re building a company, teaching, and advising women founders as they grow their businesses, there is a constant mental load that comes with the work.

For me, movement is one of the ways I do that. It helps me clear my head, reset mentally, and come back with better focus and stronger thinking.

And I’ve also learned to respect the quieter resets, a haircut, a walk, a pause - small things that make a real difference over time.

If you’re feeling that pressure, start small. Sustainability is built through what you can actually keep doing.

So many women say they don’t have time to network.

But that “no time” mindset changes everything.

In this clip from the She Leads Podcast, networking strategist and author J. Kelly Hoey, author of The Social Billionaire, explains how it can lead to transactional relationships instead of real growth.

The full episode goes deeper into how successful women build two networks that actually support long-term success.

Most women bootstrap alone, but hiring a team isn’t a risk - it’s the growth strategy you’ve been missing.

What you keep your attention on shapes how you lead and execute in business. If you focus on what’s not working, you limit what can scale.
