This beautiful renovated 5-bedroom home in Townsends Inlet is a renter’s dream. Everything is brand new with upgrades in every room.

🛌 The bedrooms include 3 ensuites with King-size beds, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a room that has a queen-size bed on the bottom and a full-size lofted bed above it. Every bedroom has a smart tv. (Including the bonus room on the first floor, this house sleeps 14 people comfortably in beds.)
🛀 The house has 4 and a 1/2 baths plus an outdoor shower.
🍋 The kitchen is perfect for the person who loves to cook. It has a Viking stove, Miele dishwasher, two coffee pots, and is well-stocked with pots, pans, and cookware.
🍹 What is a happy hour without a wine refrigerator? Our house has a wine refrigerator on the main living floor and a full-sized refrigerator in the bonus room that is a great space for all of your sodas, bottled waters, and beers for the week. No need to waste space in the food refrigerator on drinks.
🛋️ Just off the dining area is a step-down family room with a 70-inch smart tv with a sound bar and subwoofer. The sound bar offers Bluetooth connectivity. The room has plenty of seating for a large family gathering.
⛅️ A large covered deck off the family room is perfect for early morning coffee and no shower happy hours. It has a large table with chairs, as well as, a comfy sitting area.
📺 The first-floor level of the house offers a bonus room with a couch and two extra long twin-sized day beds. Under the day beds are also trundle beds with twin size mattresses. Technically, that makes 4 extra beds! Teens will enjoy hanging out in this relaxed space with the 65-inch smart tv.
🦀 The backyard is nicely manicured with plants, pavers, and 5 Adirondack chairs in a sitting area. There is also an outdoor shower and a gas grill.
🏖️ For your convenience, our house has 8 beach tags, beach chairs, a cool cabana, towels, and toys for sand castles that you may use during your stay.

But the folks at Oil Depot LLC offered assurances they will sell the same popular chocolate bars, children’s novelty treats, ice cream sandwiches and other frozen goodies that beachgoers have come to love in Sea Isle ...
