Hello Sea Isle City! This week we have Mrs. Brizzle's Buns rounding out the Business HotSpots for 2019.

Known locally simply as Brizzle's, Mrs. Brizzle's Buns have without a doubt some of the biggest sandwiches I have ever seen. We often joke that when we send friends there for the first time, they need to be prepared for a sandwich big enough for 2 or more people. Their cheesesteaks are my favorite in the area hands-down, but their sticky buns and breakfast sandwiches are also top-notch. Have you eaten at Mrs. Brizzle's Buns? What was your favorite thing?

If you aren’t looking for it, Sister’s Sweet Shoppe can be easy to miss. Nestled between Rita’s Water Ice and a Condo Building, Sister’s Sweet Shoppe offers patrons an array of different treats that are sure to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. I can say that I have personally tried a variety of products from Sister’s Sweet Shoppe, and I have never been disappointed. Their customers also rave about customized cakes and other treats. Hello Sea Isle! It's time for another Business HotSpot, and this week, we are highlighting Dee's Hair Salon.

I was a customer at Dee’s Hair Salon for years. Nancy was my go-to stylist for so long, that I followed her to numerous establishments throughout the years. The Staff at Dee’s were always friendly and welcoming and did whatever they could to make their customers comfortable. Their knowledge is also very strong, and when that you try a product, it is not to make a profit, but because they believe that it will actually help. Have you ever visited Dee’s Hair Salon? Christmas has come out in full force this year with a number of events and celebrations already have taken place before today.

With that said, as busy as the holiday season gets, I try to make it to at least one or two Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremonies in the South Jersey Area. Our area is steeped in the spirit of hometown Americana and I love the way that we all seem to come together during this season!
