🇺🇸 Happy Birthday to the United States Air Force! ✈️

Today is a great day to look back on a chapter of my life that I’m incredibly proud of.

I served in the U.S. Air Force from 1997–2001, and this photo is one of those pieces of history that takes me right back.

That’s me, Senior Airman Eric Elberson, working on a C-141 Starlifter after a training mission. Young, learning, working hard, and fortunate to be part of something much bigger than myself.

The Air Force taught me a lot—discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and pride in the job you do. Lessons that have stayed with me long after my time in uniform.

27 years later, I’m still grateful for the opportunity to serve.

There’s something pretty special about Sea Isle City when the island finally gets quiet. 🌊☀️

The crowds have thinned out, the streets are calmer, the beaches are peaceful, and the weather is absolutely perfect.

September at the shore is hard to beat. Less traffic, less noise, more room to breathe — and plenty of beautiful days left to enjoy.

It’s also a great time to take a look around, support the local businesses that keep this island going, and enjoy Sea Isle at a slower pace.

If you’re lucky enough to be here this week, slow down and enjoy it. This is the Sea Isle we all love. 💙

Another punch list item checked off for a Sea Isle City condo owner. ✔️

Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. The laundry room doors were rubbing on the carpet, making them difficult to open and getting in the way every time it was laundry day.

A few careful passes with the planer, and now the doors open and close smoothly like they should.

It’s not always a big renovation—sometimes it’s the small repairs that make your home more functional and enjoyable.
