BEWARE OF THIS COOP.

1999-2023 so I know.
They surveillance neighbors and push $100 fines for everything. You can’t swear in your own home or yard. $100 fine. You can’t back out of the street, NOR CAN GUESTS, or $100 fine. They have standards they set themselves for home repairs and push financial burdens on our elderly and disabled if they can’t afford to even do the repairs. This place is wild.

OH AND a 108 room hotel is planning to go behind BJS

$8500 buy in member fee
((House sold in July members still didn’t receive theirs back))

Pending lawsuit COULD FINANCIALLY affect members as they are SHAREHOLDERS so they’d pay any new law fees related to the case if the plaintiffs win.

Not a place to move into at the moment.
