The Seadrift real estate sales stats for February 2026 follow. These screenshots are for Single family residences (SFRs) on the top, mobile homes on the left and land/lots sales on the right.
More lots sold than single family homes than residences or mobile homes. I think that’s mainly because new people want to build a more modern home to their specs , often with an open floorplan, than to renovate original homes that were built in the 1950s.
