Hey hey!!! It has been a while since we have posted an update, so we wanted to come on here and say hello! Our fourth partner, Dr.Eric, is not pictured but is equally as active.
We have all been growing our individual businesses and God has been good!
Our work here at BCDE has continued as we have built systems and have figured out some great ways we can continue to give back and continue 🙌
Our next two residential builds are on the books and today we discussed our next commercial deal that we are extremely excited about☺️.
God always knows the best timing.

Today was a great day!!! We were able to close on our largest deal to-date☺️. God has been so good to us, and we have been able to build a lot for our community in just a short time. There are sooooo many thanks in order. Thank you in particular to Tim from Linkbank for getting us a jumbo loan with a phenomenal rate and terms! Teamwork truly does make the dream work, and we aim to continue 🙏🙌

Thank you to Buddy from the City of Seaford for coming out and giving us the stamp of approval😊.
We are grateful, thankful and so incredibly happy for the five new families that now have a brand new lease on a brand new home. We could not have done this without a lot of teamwork, and we need to give a huge shoutout to Alliance Builders for getting some major deadlines done for us. Tenants will begin moving in by October 1st🙌🙌
