Hope For Youth, children youth and family services, has been approved for funding an immediate opening for a **Permanency Specialist **to engage with families to provide training and support in understanding the options available to them in caring for children in kinship care and caregivers. Twice weekly home visits, notes and working out of Amityville and Riverhead offices. **Salary is $50,000**. Initially this is a **temporary **position **through 3/31/2020**. We anticipate continued funding, but no guarantee. **MSW with foster care experience. PM me and apply at www.hfyny.org.**
