Bittersweet as a 30 year chapter closes and a new one begins for this beautiful couple who is also our family. 🙏🏼 Meticulously maintained, entertainers dream- 30 years of memories made, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, parties, block parties, too! They raised two beautiful girls on Boulevard, a Chocolate Lab, a Husky and two Papillons. 🐾 The new owners are so sweet and we know they will enjoy this home to the fullest! Congratulations and best of luck Tom and Margaret with your travels and new chapters!! I’m very grateful to have been a part of it. Thank you for your trust and all the fun times here.
