Karen is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Delaware Association of REALTORS®, and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®. In her first year as a real estate agent in 2003, Karen was nominated and accepted onto Callaway, Farnell and Moore’s Board of Directors as a result of her sales and commitment to the field.

2006-Karen earned her designation as a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Karen is one of only approximately 11,000 Realtors in the country with the special ability to deal with the real estate needs of our growing senior population.

2007-Karen completed a specific course of study to learn Spanish to assist an increasingly diverse cultural community.

2009-Karen went through the course to become a licensed Real Estate Broker for the State of Delaware.

2010-Karen was recognized by the State of Delaware and nominated for Realtor® of the Year.

2015-Karen took the course work and examinations to be dually licensed in both Delaware and Maryland as an Associate Broker of Real Estate.
2017 Karen assumed the role of Managing Broker for ReMax Coast and Country for both Delaware and Maryland located in Delmar Delaware

Today, Karen and her family are residents of Seaford, and enjoy spending their leisure time at the local beaches, and traveling.
