Eight months in… welcome to the BER months

I've got 7 transactions under my belt and have learned very quickly that real estate is definitely a team sport.

So thankful for the team behind the team — the mentors Abbie Davis Rob Augustine Robert Coleman Watson III, brokers especially Hilary Farnum-Fasth who teaches and leads us all, Conner Morrison the amazing transaction support Stephanie Manous Rose, title teams, inspectors, lenders, friends, referrals, teammates and, most importantly, the CLIENTS who trusted me along the way.

From Wild Heron Florida to Watersound Origins, with Alys Beach Mexico Beach, and plenty more ahead, I’m having a blast building this next chapter one relationship and one closing at a time. I love how my ATL, GA, NY, IL, CA AZ, TN, KY, coaching and consulting clients are my real estate clients!

✅ Another successful closing is in the books!

This time I had the privilege of representing the seller, and I’m thrilled to share that we got this beautiful home in Watersound Origins under contract in fewer than 45 days.
