This incredible Spanish-style home in Belmont Shore just Closed and we could not be happier for our clients. Two years ago they tried to sell their home with no luck. However, in June of this year they reached out to us and asked to see what we could do for them.
And we didn’t take the opportunity lightly.
With an insanely tight schedule and a lot of travel on the books for them this summer, we had our work cut out for us. We launched a professional marketing campaign and networked with all local agents. We held Open Houses and Hosted Private Showings.
