I was born in Long Beach and raised in La Palma, CA. which has allowed me to become very familiar with the cities surrounding LA and Orange County areas. My parents, Dave and Dell Delmotte (Broker/Owner, and Realtor of Coldwell Banker Star Realty) have worked in the Real Estate industry since 1978. So I have seen, first hand, how important it is to work hard for my clients to assist them in the purchase or sale of their home. I intend to continue with the superior tradition of professionally committed service which my parents have been providing for over thirty years. I am currently an Orange County, CA resident, and have lived in the Los Angeles County as well. I have a Loving and Supportive Husband, A Brand New Baby Boy, a Toddler Girl, and a Teenaged Step Daughter along with two Beautiful Akita Dogs. As a family we are all very involved with School and Extra Curricular Activities. Our family loves to spend time together outdoors. We enjoy The Beach, Sports, The River, and going up to the Mountains to Snowboard. Family is very important to us and it is such a pleasure to help other Families with their Dream of Home Ownership.
