My job invites me into their lives during an exciting yet often stressful process, and the bonds we make last longer than the transaction. Every sale is special, and many have turned into us becoming friends. That’s what happened here, so this was an especially bittersweet listing for me. My very first listing was 10 years ago when my clients sold their family home and moved to Northern California. When they wanted to move back, I helped them buy this manufactured home.
