Here are the facts:

โž– We're in a housing shortage! The supply of homes for sale is down 50% from this time last year. Covid-19 is drastically suppressing supply, and making sellers hesitant to list their homes.

โž– Buyer demand is through the roof! Since the middle of March (Covid-19 introduction) until now, buyer demand (amount of homes going into escrow) has risen more than 55%!

โž– Houses are selling way faster now! This time last year, it took an average of 78 days to sell a home. Today, the average is 47 days!

โž– Mortgage Interest Rates are the lowest they have ever been, averaging around 3%. (This is the reason we have SO MANY BUYERS wanting to buy homes)

Questions to ask yourself if you're a seller:
โž– If I'm thinking of selling sometime in the future, should I sell now and take advantage of extremely high buyer demand?

Questions to ask yourself if you're a buyer:
