Depending on your transaction and the options available through your title company or lender, a mobile notary may be able to bring the signing to you.

Today, my client was able to complete his closing remotely with a mobile notary — making the final step of his real estate transaction a little more convenient.

The notary meets you at an agreed-upon location, verifies identification, witnesses the required signatures and notarizes the appropriate documents. ✍️

Real estate isn’t always one-size-fits-all, and neither is closing day. Knowing the options available to you can make the process that much easier.

And of course, we couldn’t finish closing day without a little something picked especially for my client. 🤎🔑
