Historic Mayfair Hotel

Historic Mayfair Hotel The Mayfair Hotel was built in downtown Searcy AR in 1924 and is on the National Historic Register. The Mayfair is no longer a nightly rental establishment.

It has evolved into a residential hotel with 33 apartments -- most of them efficiencies and one-bedrooms. There are seldom any vacancies and there is always a waiting list for occupancy. Some tenants have been there for a decade or more. The retail space on the ground floor is currently leased to a hair salon and a personal trainer.
