When he called me to look at a house, he had no idea that my parents came straight from their honeymoon to work for his grandpa at Camp Tahkodah. He also had no idea that my sister was named after his aunt, nor did he know that my cousin was close friends with his dad. But what he really had no idea about was the fact that my oldest son started kindergarten his senior year and was obsessed with Wildcat football. I had to take that kid all over the state of Arkansas while his daddy was deployed just to watch every game. His kindergarten teacher knew how much he loved it, so he got to be superstar on “F” week and got a personal tour of the football locker room that fall with his favorite players & she put the picture in his kindergarten scrapbook which of course I still have!

Stories such as this likely happen more in Searcy than other places, but this one was extra sweet & fun. I’m so blessed that my path crossed with Ryan and Brooke! They are a precious family and I’m happy they have found a home that they love!

Sweet Dr. Wilson is leaving us. If I could have the model seller, it would be this man. He was so kind, helpful and he did everything he could think of to make his home as perfect as possible for my buyers! I'd go over there to get documents signed and he would have people there power washing, trimming limbs, adjusting sticky doors and all the things! I was never smart enough to take his advanced physics class at Harding or any physics class for that matter, but I think he got his fill of me during all of the junior high basketball photo sessions that he had to endure with us (iykyk) AND 30 years ago last week, he photographed my wedding!

He is moving to be closer to Joy in Tennessee and he will be greatly missed! Y'all know I love a good circle story! 🥺
