If you are house hunting, here is a quick insider secret that could save you from massive heartbreak down the road:

⛈️Once you find a house you love, go drive by it right after a heavy rain storm.
A sunny-day walkthrough won't show you everything.
Doing a quick rainy-day drive-by lets you check for a few critical things:

•The Foundation: Is water pooling right against the house, or is the yard sloped to push it away?

•The Street: Are the storm drains handling the downpour, or is the road turning into a lake?

•The Neighbors: Is the property sitting at the bottom of a slope catching everyone else's runoff?

What a year it has been! To celebrate an amazing school year of learning and growing together as Searcy Lions, we are heading to the stadium for a family movie night!

We can’t think of a better way to kick off the summer than watching one of our favorite lion stories, MUFASA: THE LION KING, under the stars with our whole Searcy School District community.
