Huge thanks to Chris Peterson with AWP for the full cedar siding rehab he did today on my listing at 2499 Pine Ridge Drive in Gearhart! The house looks clean, refreshed and practically brand new. Even the owners said that they barely recognized it when the work was done. 😂 This beautiful custom home is still available for some lucky buyers to sn**ch up and begin their beach life today.
