Visited this 10 acres lot on Sunday morning. I got there and it was massive. It’s unbelievable man. I thought man, if my buyers ain’t this, I’m buying it.

My buyers loved it and couldn’t think of any other property, but we had to fight with 8 other groups. Worked on it for 48 hours and finally were getting it.
