🥳 How Amber Prepped This Home & Sold It For $10,000 Over List Price 

These lovely seller clients had been in contact with Amber a couple of years ago wanting to sell, but plans changed and they ended up waiting. And then this past summer, they reached out and needed to sell rather quickly. The seller had taken a job out of state, and they were in a flurry of packing up and moving their lives across the country.

They handed the keys over to us and we got to work! 🔑✅ 

This home in Lynnwood needed several updates to ensure our sellers made the most money possible. We needed to list and sell the home in a timely manner, so Amber made a list of the work that needed to be done along with her cost estimates.

Our sellers approved the items they were willing to do, and Amber started reaching out to contractors and getting bids for the various projects.

Once the sellers confirmed the bids they were ready to move forward with, Amber got everything scheduled and managed the contractors.

Here is some of the work we had done:

🛠️ Replaced the water heater
🛠️ Installed new flooring in the kitchen
🛠️ Landscaping
🛠️ Pest remediation
🛠️ Crawlspace clean out
🛠️ Amber touched up paint

Our sellers had also done a ton of work on the home since they bought it, so it was already in really good shape!
