Bill Lohse has been active in real estate since he began investing in 2007. After several years of owning and managing a real estate investment company with his family, he became licensed as a real estate agent so that he could leverage his success as an investor to help other people achieve their personal financial goals through real estate investment. He received his undergraduate degree in 2006

from the University of Washington, where he studied history and mathematics. He took a hiatus from real estate from 2012-2017, during which time he owned and managed The Swillery Whiskey Bar and music venue in Bellingham, Washington. When he is not practicing real estate, Bill enjoys playing cello and guitar, and taking his rottweiler, Charles Barkley, to the park to play fetch. He is committed to using his unique skill set to optimize your real estate experience.
