I’m back! And married! What a month this has been 😅 With all these changes, I thought it would be a good time to re-introduce myself and share some fun things about me.

Hi, I’m Rachel, a real estate agent helping awesome people buy and sell in the greater Seattle area 💁🏼‍♀️

I love traveling! So much so, that my husband and I had a camper van built (.the.white) so we could better explore the beautiful PNW and rest of the US while working remotely in 2020. A year and half later we took 6mo off to travel the world. Our most recent adventures took us to Antigua Guatemala, where we got married and then Tulum, Mexico where we spent our honeymoon🍹

In 2021, my husband and I (with tons of help from a contractor) renovated a 100yr old craftsman home in Seattle. The basement was finished out as an apartment so we could live there and rent out the rest of the home. This was a huge catalyst for me getting into real estate and partly what enabled us to take time off to travel. If you’ve heard the term “house hacking”, this is a great example of that and the benefits that can be had.

Last but certainly not least, we have a 1yr old Cavapoo puppy () and love her very, very, much. She’s super cuddly and cute but like her mother has a spicy side. Turns out her name, Pepper, is quite fitting 🌶️
