It is well located in a very safe neighborhood and is very close to various amenities. 5 minutes from the Bus Stop/ Ravenna Park and 12 minutes from UW Campus (all in walking timing). It is an beautiful house with nice places to chill out and hang out with friends and housemates. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, with 3 fridges to be shared among housemates, which is plenty of space for all. There are 10 rooms in total. Open to rent by flats.
