What a wonderful day at the NE Seattle Senior Resource Fair on Tuesday! I had the help of Dominique from Gentle Giant Moving Company and Emily Santos from Essential Organizing. Many folks entered to win either a Home Organizing session with Emily, or $250 gift certificate for moving services from Gentle Giant. Emily and I are hosting a Declutter and Organize Group on Nov. 14 at the NE Branch of the Seattle Public Library - contact me to RSVP or for more information. It was great to see so many folks dedicated to serving seniors. I saw old friends and made some new!

I am so excited about doing advanced coursework to enhance my real estate services to better serve the mature market and longtime homeowners. This includes people who are ready to downsize, rightsize, or simplify their life by making a change in residence. I’m working on the most advanced training in the industry with Seniors Real Estate Institute. The curriculum is like a graduate college course dealing with late life moves and how to best serve longtime homeowners. Don’t be surprised if you receive a request for a reference as well – they are very picky about who they certify! Wish me luck!

This is a beautiful 1954 mid-century modern home has been fully remodeled. Lots of space in this 4 bed, 2.75 ba, 2,480 sf house. This split level home is great for entertaining in and outdoors. Not good for aging-in-place! Join the Laurelhurst Beach Club for fun in the summer.
