As a consistent top 10 producer at Kidder Mathews, Chris has completed over several thousand transactions in his 35+ year career. RECOGNITION
In the year 2000, Chris was nominated as a finalist for the Washington Chapter Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Broker of the Year, then was nominated again and won the award in 2001. He is frequently quoted in and writes for the Puget Sound

Business Journal and Daily Journal of Commerce. On several occasions Chris has spoken on real estate trends at the NAIOP Forecast Breakfast. EDUCATION
Chris has two degrees from the University of Washington, a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. He is a former member of the Seattle University Board of Regents and Kidder Mathews board of directors. Presently Chris is a board member of Harbor Custom Development, Inc. Chris is a member at the Seattle Tennis Club and Broadmoor Golf Club. He served as membership chair for both clubs. Chris is a grandparent to Blaire.
