🏡 Another Mirrormont closing this week — and this one is truly a full-circle story. ❤️
This was a special one for our team because we had the privilege of being part of three connected Mirrormont transactions: representing the sellers of this home, helping the family who rented it purchase their next home, and representing the sellers of that home.
I first met the sellers of this home years ago when they toured one of my Mirrormont listings. It was during the bidding-war days, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the home they got. But I remember thinking right away that I wanted to help this lovely couple find their place in Mirrormont.
When I heard about another home coming on the market, I spread the word quickly — and they were able to secure it. ❤️ That home became incredibly special to them. It was where they came home after getting married and where they brought their first baby home.
Now, years later, I had the honor of helping them sell it.
Then this home became part of another family’s story.
The family who rented this property had lost their beloved Mirrormont home in a devastating fire. My sellers opened their home to them while they figured out whether rebuilding or purchasing another home made the most sense.
Ultimately, they chose to buy — and purchased another Mirrormont home from one of my listings just down the road. I was honored to represent them in that purchase, too.
And now, another chapter begins. I have the vacant lot where their former home once stood listed for sale, with plans and lot approval already in place and ready to move forward with permits for a stunning new Mirrormont home.
Three transactions. Three families. One neighborhood. A whole lot of trust. ❤️
