A huge congratulations to my amazing clients on the successful sale of their Laurelhurst condo! 🏡✨

This closing is especially meaningful because it marks the third transaction I’ve had the privilege of helping them with over the years. There is no greater compliment than having clients come back time and time again, and I am incredibly grateful for the trust they’ve placed in me through each chapter of their real estate journey.

Last week, I had the incredible honor of receiving RE/MAX’s Chairman’s Club Award for my 2025 production… along with the Summit Award, ranking #8.

Truthfully, awards like this are never a solo accomplishment. They represent the trust my clients place in me during some of life’s biggest transitions, the referrals, the support, and the relationships that mean everything to me.

What an incredible day—and our biggest toy donation yet! I’m beyond grateful to everyone who came out, shared smiles, and donated toys to help bring a little extra joy to kids this holiday season.

This event truly takes a village, and I want to give a huge shout-out to the people who help make it so special each year:

✨ Josh & Dany — you go above and beyond every single year to make our photo setup absolutely stunning and photo-ready.
✨ Tucker — thank you for once again hosting our beloved Star Wars photo booth and spreading so much cheer (and fun!).

This weekend my heart is so full. ❤️
Our family hosted Cookies with Santa, and thanks to the incredible generosity of this community, we were able to collect over 100 toys for kids spending the holidays at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Seeing our kids be part of giving back—helping collect, sort, and deliver toys—was the most meaningful part of all. Moments like this remind us that the smallest acts of kindness can make a really big difference, especially for families going through incredibly hard seasons.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, shared a smile, or helped spread a little holiday magic. 🎄✨
These toys represent hope, comfort, and joy—and we’re so grateful to be part of a community that gives so generously.
