Sold in West Seattle - representing the buyer! 🏡

These clients were referred to me by some wonderful past clients, and from our very first conversation I could tell they were going to be a joy to work with. They told me they were ready to buy their first home, so we set up a time to meet and go over the home buying process in depth. They got pre-approved and I made sure they felt fully prepared and confident before diving into the search.

The first day we went out to tour homes, we found the one! This home had an incredibly special feel from the moment we walked in, the kind of feeling you just can’t pass up. I made sure they did a thorough due diligence on the property and helped set up a home inspection so they could learn everything they needed to know about the house before writing an offer.

We secured the home and were able to close in about 2 weeks, thanks to Alyssa Fjelstad for making that timeline possible!

I am so happy for these buyers and cannot wait to hear about all of the memories they will make in this home. Watching first time buyers find their place is such a good feeling!

These clients had lived in their Westlake condo for a long time and knew it needed some updates before listing it on the market. They had a budget and weren’t sure where to start and what to prioritize for the highest return. So I took the keys and designed and managed the entire project for them, from start to completion.

I found contractors, got the quotes, and picked every finish with current trends and our target buyer in mind. Fresh paint and new flooring to brighten up the space (finding the perfect white paint color is way harder than it sounds, ask anyone who’s tried). New trim, new fixtures, and frequent check-ins on the property to make sure everything stayed on track and on budget.
Then it was time to get it professionally staged to make sure the space would speak to the right buyer, along with professional photography to show it at its absolute best.

Add in the right pricing strategy and marketing plan, and we ended up with multiple offers and sold it quickly, even in a year with a tough condo market.

I’m so proud of how this one turned out and it was so much fun being able to design, manage and market a project from start to finish, and watch it pay off for my clients. 🤍

The July 2025 stats are out for the Eastside and Seattle markets:

Seattle:
Inventory held steady around 2.1 months (the highest July supply since 2011) giving buyers more breathing room. Prices are still up 4% year-over-year, but homes need to be move-in ready to stand out for buyers to get competitive.

• Eastside:
With 2.4 months of inventory, we’re officially in a buyer-favored market for the third month in a row. Prices have softened ~7% since March, and buyers have more choices than we’ve seen in years.

What this means for you:
• Sellers: Presentation & pricing are everything. The best homes still sell quickly.
• Buyers: You have time, options, and room to negotiate, but well-priced homes still move fast.
