I grew up a fighter, and I think a fighter is what I’ll always be.
These days, I’m not putting on the gloves — I’m fighting for my clients. 🥊🏡
I can’t explain how happy I am for my sweetest of cousins and her partner. They found their 10/10 house, and today we officially got it under contract.
Was it easy? Nope.
Was it orthodox? Definitely not.
But we got it done.
There were multiple moving pieces, so instead of sitting behind my phone sending texts and emails, I drove to the open house being hosted today and worked through it face-to-face with the listing agent.
Sometimes getting the deal done means getting outside the box. Making the extra call. Driving across town. Having the conversation in person. Finding an angle when the obvious route isn’t working.
Some people might call it excessive.
I call it doing my job.
It’s only silly if it doesn’t work. 🥊
And this one worked.
Couldn’t be happier for these two. Now let’s get this thing to the closing table. 🔑🏠

Sometimes you miss out on a great house… just to find an even better one the next week.
That’s a lesson most buyers learn at some point — usually the hard way.
Couldn’t be happier for my clients getting their offer ACCEPTED with multiple offers on the table. 🏡🤝
There’s a lot of chatter right now about Western Washington being a “buyer’s market.” And while buyers absolutely have more leverage in certain situations, there’s an important caveat:
Great houses in prime locations will always be competitive.
When the right property hits the market, you don’t always have the luxury of sitting back and waiting. It takes a committed buyer, a strategic agent, and the ability to recognize when it’s time to negotiate — and when it’s time to apply some urgency.
The goal isn’t just to write an offer.
It’s to write the offer that gets accepted.

Hot. Humid. Ticks. Chiggers. Snakes. Granddaddy longlegs. Cicadas screaming 24/7.
Basically Survivor: Bowhunter Edition.
I managed not to die.
It was pretty damn cool watching some seriously talented target archers put down the target rigs, pick up hunting bows, and still absolutely hammer.
As for me… somebody had to make sure the trees surrounding the targets stayed properly trimmed, so I handled that while the pros took care of the actual scoring. 😂🌳🏹
Great event, tough conditions, good people, and a whole different style of shooting.
One thing is certain: I have a newfound appreciation for a nice, civilized Safari round. 😂
Clarksville was an experience. Glad to be home though.

Real estate has become the profession everyone falls back on.
Some chased the image. Some wanted the title. Some just didn't know what else to do.
Me? I don't care about looking like a Realtor.
I don't have a fancy degree. I don't drive a Tesla. I'm not interested in impressing people on Instagram with fancy watches and test driving Bugatti's.
What I am interested in is protecting my clients.
That means uncomfortable conversations. Hard negotiations. Doing the work that nobody sees so you get the result everyone notices.
The referrals and five-star reviews remind me I'm on the right path. They don't come from flashy marketing—they come from showing up, telling the truth, and fighting for people when it actually matters.
I'm not your average Realtor.
I'm the guy who's willing to do above-average work to deliver above-average results.

Weak agents fold under pressure.
If they can't hold their ground when negotiating their own business, what makes you think they'll fight for you when it's time to negotiate the biggest sale of your life?
Negotiation isn't about talking. It's about conviction, strategy, and knowing when to stand firm.
When you're selling your home, you don't need someone who's afraid to push back. You need someone who's willing to protect your equity like it's their own.
That's the difference between a Real Estate Agent and the Realest Estate Agent.
