So thankful for these kind client reviews! One of the highest rewards I get is the kind reviews after our transactional work is done in the purchase or sale of a home. A big piece of my job is to also support my clients while living in the home in case they need any improvements, contractors to repair something- or even to work with the interior design. I am very thankful for these kind words about my service!

The NWMLS 2026 April numbers are in- and we are seeing some slowdown in the Seattle market in terms of prices trending down and closed sales. There are more homes than last year possibly pointing to people needing to change their home situation in a cold job market. These numbers prove again that February/March are the best time to hit the market. Please reach out if you have questions about buying and selling your home in the Greater Seattle area.

My buyer is so excited to be pending on this Bryant home! My buyer bikes to every showing and is usually there when I am just pulling up or a tad behind me on tours! And we all know how hilly North Seattle is! I can’t wait to give him the keys on this gem!
