Every year I have a client party at a Mariners game. This year its Saturday and we all know the Mariners year has been less than stellar. But this Saturday, the Mariners are bringing up their number 1 prospect which is a pitcher who has had truly legendary numbers in the minor leagues this year. He was their number one draft pick last year as a top 5 pick.

So yes- my crew will get to see Kade Anderson pitch his first game at the major league level on Saturday.

Can’t wait to see some history with some amazing people.

Summer often brings changes to the real estate market seasonally and it is indeed doing that again. This years slow down is bigger than usual as interest rates stay high and the economy is murky out there for many.
