Raised in Seattle and a longtime visitor to Vashon Island, Sunny Garcia returned to the Pacific Northwest after several years in New York City, choosing to make Vashon home with her husband. Drawn by family, community, and the island's natural beauty, she quickly embraced the unique lifestyle that makes Vashon so special.

A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Sunny built her career in operations for startup companies, where she developed a strong commitment to organization, problem-solving, and client service. Growing up with a father who built custom homes and a mother who worked as an interior designer, conversations around the dinner table often centered on real estate, design, construction, and the unique qualities that make a house feel like home. Having renovated her own property and experienced real estate in communities across the country, Sunny brings a thoughtful perspective to helping clients find their place on Vashon.

Outside of work, she enjoys painting, hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her husband.
