ONNI Contracting will start the installation of piles on Thursday 9/22/22. The pile work will approximately takes 4 weeks and will be followed by max excavation.

Onni Contracting Washington will start demolition and removal of some existing structures and slabs at 1120 john st starting Monday 6/13/22. the work will be performed from Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm.

We don't anticipate any street closure for the first few weeks, but we will keep you posted about changes as we approach them.

Onni Contracting washington will start site clearing at at 1120 john St. project starting June 6th, 2022. most of our trucking and deliveries will be through John St gate between Fairview Ave. and Boren Ave.

We will perform some demolition work on the historical facade along Fairview Ave. and John St. starting May 23rd. the work is scheduled to take 7 weeks. to ensure the public safety, the sidewalk adjacent to work will be fenced off during the work hours from 7am to 4pm.
