Here are some stats on the May activity for Pierce, Kitsap, Snohomish, and King County. Kitsap had an increase in average sold price of $78,000 over April’s data! 😮 wow! If you live in one of these counties and would love to know more about what is going on in your neighborhood, don’t hesitate to reach out! “This analysis shows how homeownership is a catalyst for building wealth for people from all walks of life,” said Lawrence Yun, NAR’s chief economist. “A mortgage is often considered a forced savings account that helps homeowners build a net worth about 40 times higher than that of a renter.”
