Leaders often feel pressure to have an answer for everything. I’ve come to believe the opposite builds more trust. 🧭

Saying “I don’t know yet, but I’ll find out” tells your team and your clients that honesty matters more than appearances. It also invites collaboration, which usually leads to better answers anyway.

Confidence isn’t pretending to know it all. It’s being willing to learn out loud.

The way a home uses electricity continues to evolve. Multiple devices, connected appliances, home offices, entertainment systems, EV charging, and smart-home features can place different demands on a property than they did years ago.

If you are considering an older home that has been extensively renovated, ask whether electrical improvements were included. Panel capacity, updated outlets, dedicated circuits, and professionally installed lighting or technology can all be relevant depending on the property.

For current homeowners, adding new equipment is also a good reason to understand the capabilities of the existing system before installation begins.
