Kyle and Kendall are dear friends, and I’ve been fortunate to play a small role in some of their biggest milestones. I was honored to stand beside them at their wedding last summer and equally honored to help them find a home this spring. I’d also be lying if I said I wasn’t quietly (okay, I don’t do a lot quietly) manifesting a move a little closer to me.
The stars aligned perfectly. From the moment they walked into this North Capitol Hill home, they knew. I could see it immediately as both of their eyes lit up with excitement.
Watching the first chapters of their love story unfold has been such a joy, and I can’t wait to see what comes next as they begin this new chapter together in their new home.

Thrilled for these buyers! Matt and Matt were referred to me by some previous clients. They had done their homework and even had a condo they were pretty interested in buying prior to us connecting but I suggested we explore a few others as well. They simply fell in love with this art deco building (not the original unit they were exploring) and we immediately did a lot of due diligence (condos have a lot of paperwork to comb through) and in the end they felt confident going for it. I’m very excited to see the design choices they make as they put their own touches on this fantastic condo. Congrats fellas! 🏡

I’ve known Darren since he was just a little boy who was rooting on his sister and me during cross country and track meets. Helping him and Aubin with this milestone felt extra special.

They came in ready to do their homework. By budgeting what a mortgage would look like and practicing those payments monthly, they knew they could make the leap without being house poor and moved forward with confidence.

We found them a great home and beat out two other offers! 🙌

Kyle came to me over a year ago (maybe two) and mentioned that they hoped to explore purchasing in Seattle in the future. The future is now! Kyle and Joe had a list of musts and likes which allowed us to hone in on their search from the start. This new construction townhome wasn’t even listed yet but once I saw the layout I knew it was going to be the one for them! Fortunately, they agreed and we were able to negotiate some favorable terms for them. It’s official and now they are moving into a home they can call their own 🤗.
