As the weather cools down, a few simple steps can help keep our community comfortable, safe, and dry:

🏡 Prep your balcony: Secure outdoor furniture and bring in items that could be damaged by wind or rain.
🔐 Stay security-minded: Make sure doors and windows are locked, and never prop open building entry doors.
💡 Save energy: Close windows when heating is on and let natural light brighten your home during the day.
🌧️ Keep entryways dry: Please wipe wet shoes and use designated mats to help prevent slippery floors.
