Real estate isn’t only about money. It’s emotional too. You’re signing paperwork, sure, but you’re also leaving memories behind, or walking into something you can’t fully picture yet.
If you’re buying, you can fall for a house, put in your best offer, and still lose it. That stings. If you’re selling, you can get an offer that just doesn’t sit right, and the deal falls apart. Both sides go through real disappointment.
So here’s what helps: name the feeling before it hits you.
🔹 Selling? That’s grief.
🔹 Buying? That’s anxiety, sometimes loss.
Once you can name it, you can separate the feeling from the decision, and you’ll think more clearly.
I came into real estate from nursing. I spent years helping people through hard, stressful moments, and I bring that same steadiness into your transaction.
I’m not just here for the contract. I’m here for the whole thing. 💙
