The Spring market is heating up! Here are 5 tips I share with my clients to help get their offer accepted.

1️⃣ Start the process early. It’s important to have knowledge of what’s happening in the market.
2️⃣ Schedule a buyer consultation sooner than later. Having a trusted real estate advisor to partner with is key. This is also a great time to get lender referrals from your agent.
3️⃣ Have patience. Finding a home quickly may not be realistic in this market. Set your expectations, and talk to your agent about what is realistic.
4️⃣ Think strategy when writing your offer. The highest offer doesn’t mean winning offer. Take your agents advice.
5️⃣ Be prepared to write a competitive offer. This may also include being flexible. Buyers do have some negotiation power back. You need to be confident in your decisions.
