Officially one year in real estate today ! 🥳
And what an amazing year it has been! I have learned sooo much, everyday learning new and creative ways of getting deals done for my clients. This career is so much more than I ever thought it would be- sure I’m in sales, but also design, communication, marketing, honestly counseling some days! I’m monitoring markets: housing, lending, interest rates. I left a job with set hours, thinking I would have infinitely more freedom and flexibility, to pretty much being available 24/7; is it different than I imagined? Yes. Is it better than I imagined? Also yes. I do have flexibility, but even better I am so fulfilled by what I do, this career has allowed me to let my creative and competitive side thrive!

In my first year- I have had the pleasure of working with amazing first-time home buyers, buyers looking to move cities and lovely couples buying beautiful second vacation homes across the state! I have worked with many sellers both locally in Seattle and in other gorgeous Washington cities, in HOT sellers marketing as well as the changing one we are only just beginning to see.
