We are thrilled to bring home the Apollo Mechanical Cup at Seafair in front of our hometown crowd in Seattle! This victory reflects the hard work, dedication, and passion of our remarkable team—thank you for making it a reality! We had the privilege of sharing our love for the sport with over 600 team members, business partners, friends, and family throughout the weekend, and we cheered on the Miss Goodman Real Estate alongside both longstanding and new fans. We had an amazing time in Madison, Indiana, cheering on the U-91 Miss Goodman Real Estate at the 75th Madison Regatta! 2024 National High Points Champion, Andrew Tate, raced to victory as he crossed the finish line in the Miss Goodman Real Estate to win the Indiana Governor’s Cup 2025!

We can’t wait to cheer on the Miss Goodman Real Estate at the upcoming race in the Tri-Cities in just a few weeks!

Our team had the privilege of partnering with to prepare homes for residents to move in at the newly renovated Pacific Apartments! We put together 105 welcome baskets filled with essentials for their homes, and ensured the homes were move-in ready. The Pacific Apartments rehabilitation converted single-room units into studios, offering 89 new homes for individuals who have experienced homelessness. We’re honored to support this mission of hope and transformation!
