Today, our team partnered with Plymouth Housing to assemble welcome kits for new residents moving into their communities! Plymouth Housing provides permanent supportive housing and wraparound support services to adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help assemble these kits so new residents moving into their communities are welcomed home with essential household items.
