This weekend I got to go pending on not one, not two, but three homes for my buyers!
These buyers and I have been looking in different areas and when they came across this home, it immediately became their top choice. We put our offer in before anybody else, and luckily the seller saw the value in our offer and accepted it right away. I’m so excited to walk these guys through this process and give them the keys at the end! Congratulations Johan and Alejandra, you picked an absolutely beautiful home!

We are closed!🎊 I met a woman several years ago and helped her and her boyfriend purchase their dream home. Several months ago, her parents reached out, needing to sell their home. That sort of trust means the absolute world to me. The daughters all chipped in tremendously to get the home ready for sale and all that hard work really paid off. We were able to go pending in just five days with an all cash deal, at above list price. What more can you possibly ask for?! Now that we are closed and recorded, mom and dad get to move in with one of their daughters and begin the next chapter of their lives. I’m so honored to be a part of this story.
