Wow! Talk about an incredible development. š¤Æš”
As reported in the Puget Sound Business Journal, "The owners of Sagecliffe Resort and Spa have announced plans to sell 40 homes set among vineyards 800 feet above the Columbia River in Quincy. Sagecliffe Residences includes 15 existing stone 'casitas' and 25 new homes designed by acclaimed Olson Kundig Architects. The development is in the 160-acre Sagecliffe Resort and master-planned community, next to the Gorge Amphitheatre."
This is truly an extraordinary offering that has been a decamillennial in the making (yes, that's more than 10,000 years). Long after the Missoula Floods happened, this unique site became far more than The Gorge Amphitheatre; it is now a high-desert lifestyle center like no other, with a cliff edge adorned by Olson Kundig-designed homes that can be individually owned and operated as part of a unique rental opportunity.
Think of this as similar to Seabrook, but instead of the ocean, you have the incredible Columbia River Basin; instead of fog, you have sunshine.
