As reported in the Puget Sound Business Journal, "The owners of Sagecliffe Resort and Spa have announced plans to sell 40 homes set among vineyards 800 feet above the Columbia River in Quincy. Sagecliffe Residences includes 15 existing stone 'casitas' and 25 new homes designed by acclaimed Olson Kundig Architects.The development is in the 160-acre Sagecliffe Resort and master-planned community, next to the Gorge Amphitheatre."

This is truly an extraordinary offering that has been a decamillennial in the making (yes, that's more than 10,000 years). If there is one thing on everyone’s minds these days it’s AI or artificial intelligence—and its roots stretch back further than you may realize!

The term “artificial intelligence” was first coined back in 1955 in a research project proposal, which states “a truly intelligent machine will carry out activities which may best be described as self-improvement.” 🤯 So, although we’re now nearly 70 years out from the first usage of the word, the goal of AI usage has remained relatively unchanged.
