👋 Say hello to Shawnie Woo, our HR/Payroll Administrator and the newest face at Clise Properties!

Shawnie was born and raised in Washington, growing up in the Newcastle/Renton Highlands area, and has called Seattle home for the past 10 years. She joins us with a personal connection to family-owned business, and shares that growing up around her grandparents’ office gave her a front-row seat to what collaboration, organization, and strong relationships can build.
Joining us at Clise, a fourth-generation company, felt like a natural fit.

A few fun facts: Shawnie is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and hopes to see continued progress in breaking down stigma around the conversation. She’s also a writer at heart - especially songwriting - though she’ll be the first to tell you she’s “not a singer, just a writer!” * When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her with her Goldendoodle Ollie and tabby cat Emmy, spending time with friends and family, trying new crafts, or perfecting her latest obsession: sourdough baking.

👋 Say hello to Dash Dunigan, Clise Properties’ new Property Management Administrator!

Home has always been Washington for Dash; he grew up on the Eastside and now lives in Queen Anne. He was drawn to Clise by the values and the people, and says there's something special about joining a company with such a strong, long-running history in this city, and getting to help shape what comes next.

A few fun facts: Dash is passionate about animal welfare. He's also a self-proclaimed Lord of the Rings superfan (ask him about it!). Outside of work, you'll find him spending time with friends, family, and his cats, or seeking out a scenic view. Oh, and depending on who you ask, he's also got some dance moves. 🕺

Please welcome Ben Freeburg as the next Chief Financial Officer of Clise Properties!

Ben joins Clise with more than 20 years of real estate finance experience, including senior roles in private and institutional investment and asset management across a range of property types. He most recently served as CFO at Martin Selig Real Estate, and previously held leadership positions at Aegis Living and Echelon Capital. His auspicious career began at BlackRock.

“Ben has the right background to understand capital markets, operating platforms and investment strategies to support and elevate our diverse portfolio at Clise Properties,” said A.M. Clise, Executive Chairman and fourth-generation leader. “We are confident his experience will provide transparent leadership and great collaboration with our internal and external partners.”

“It’s a great honor to join Clise Properties and support the company’s continued growth and impact throughout the region,” added Ben. “I’m looking forward to working with this talented team to build on our incredible legacy in the Pacific Northwest.”

Ben steps into the CFO role as Bryan Joyner retires at the end of the year after 34 years with the firm. Help us give Ben a warm welcome to the Clise team as we begin this exciting new chapter.

On this rainy Sunday, we're reminiscing about last month's 3rd Annual Kaiser Motorsports and Anthem Coffee Company Car Show at the beautiful Sunrise Medical Campus in Puyallup.

The family-friendly event featured a DJ, local food trucks and vendors, raffle prizes, and, of course, incredible cars.

Shout-out to all the Clise Properties tenants and team members who worked hard to put on such a fun show for the community and even participated themselves with their impressive rides. We look forward to it every year! 🚗✨
