Brandie Cockerham - Fathom Realty WA, LLC Our team is multifaceted in Real Estate giving you more options to better fit your needs! Hi! I’m originally from the sunny shores of Ventura County, California.

I'm Brandie Cockerham – REALTOR® | Fathom Realty WA, LLC My real estate journey began with family, service, creativity, and a deep desire to help people feel at home—no matter where life takes them. In 2004, I followed my husband to the Pacific Northwest where he was currently serving as a U.S. Navy Submariner. Like many military families, our lives were marked by transition and resilience. We bui

lt a home in Kitsap County—drawn in by its natural beauty, close-knit communities, and sense of belonging. What started as a military move quickly turned into planting roots in the vibrant and scenic Kitsap County—now proudly called home for the past 20+ years. Throughout our years as a military family, I found myself increasingly immersed in the world of real estate. My husband was actively involved in property investments, and I naturally gravitated toward the creative side of the business—staging homes, photographing his listings, and designing spaces that inspired buyers to fall in love. With every open house and every project, I saw the powerful impact that thoughtful presentation and authentic care could have on a family's future. Eventually, I realized this was more than just a supportive role—it was a calling. I took the leap in 2017, earned my real estate license, and officially joined forces with my husband at Fathom Realty WA, LLC. Today, we work side by side, blending his experience and investment savvy with my eye for design, people-first approach, and our passion for service. Throughout my journey, I’ve remained committed not only to my clients but to the real estate industry and our community. I currently serve on the 2025 Board of Directors for the Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® and have the privilege of leading as Chair of the Member Engagement Committee, where I have the honor of helping shape the future of our profession and ensure that local homeowners, buyers, and agents are represented with integrity and excellence. These roles allow me to advocate for agents, strengthen our professional network, and help foster a vibrant, supportive REALTOR® community throughout the region. I believe deeply in giving back and raising the standard of professionalism in our field. Service has always been a core part of who I am. Prior to my real estate career, I served as an Ombudsman for one of my husband's U.S. Navy commands—a role that allowed me to support and advocate for fellow military families, provide resources, and help navigate the emotional and logistical challenges that come with military life. That experience gave me an even deeper understanding of what it means to walk alongside others during transitions, and it's a perspective I bring to every client interaction today. As a REALTOR®, my greatest joy is getting to know people, building lasting relationships, and helping them achieve meaningful goals. I often call myself a “supporter of dreams”—because that’s what I strive to be: someone who genuinely invests time, care, and energy into helping others reach what’s next. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or Relocating/PCS’ing to or from the area, I understand that real estate is more than just a transaction. It’s a life moment. It’s emotional. It’s financial. It’s personal. And that’s exactly how I treat it. I proudly serve Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson, Pierce, Thurston, and King Counties, specializing in working with military families, relocations, first-time buyers, downsizers, and investors who want both personal care and professional results. If you’re looking for someone who leads with heart, operates with integrity, and brings both local knowledge and deep community commitment to the table—I’d love to be your trusted guide. 📞 Let’s connect. I’d be honored to walk with you through your real estate journey.
