Multiple offers, pending over a weekend! 🎉🏡. I put this one on the market last Friday at 3:00 PM. And got 8 showings right away until 8:00 PM on Friday. Fully booked Saturday and Sunday and about 50 groups of people came during the 2 open houses. 🤗Got 6 very good offers on Monday and my sellers chose a very strong and clean one! 👊❤️While we see a lot of homes sitting on the market for 2-3 months, if you do the right things, houses can still sell fast!
