Closing days are the best days 🙌🏼 It was such a joy getting to work with these amazing buyers relocating to Spokane from Portland! (Big thanks for connecting us, 🧡)

When we saw this house come on the market (just minutes from family), it seemed too good to be true. Main floor living, a gorgeous kitchen, gas fireplace, private fenced yard, the list goes on. We immediately wrote an offer and found out the offer was accepted shortly after! 🥳 We were able to negotiate some important repairs for the buyers and were quickly through the inspection and appraisal.

They’re officially homeowners! 🥳🔑 I don’t even know where to begin with these two— Lauren & Dalton were such a blast to partner with, from start to finish.

When we first met to begin discussing the home-buying process back in June, they were ready to roll 👏🏼 They were preapproved (with a terrific local lender) and knew exactly what they were looking for in a house 🏡 We quickly got their MLS search set up and began touring houses (until I left town and the amazing .realtor stepped in to continue touring!) We wrote up a few offers and ended up going pending on this incredible home, right near Whitworth (their ideal location!) Fast-forward through some inspection negotiations and a seamless appraisal, and these two are now holding the keys to their new home ✨ I couldn’t be more thrilled for them (and the before & after’s coming soon!)

Let's chat final walkthroughs! 🏃🏽‍♀️ As you near the end of your home-buying journey, it's time for the all-important final walkthrough (hint: you never want to miss this!) ✨ Whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned pro, it's crucial to pay attention to a few key things during this walkthrough:⁠

1️⃣ Look for any damage caused when the seller moved furniture out of the house, or changes to the house's condition since the inspection. We recommend looking at spaces that were previously covered up by couches, rugs, and cabinets. ⁠
