is a distinct feeling of "Yes! This is it." and we all are having it. It is awesome! Or when I am selling your home, keeping our focus on the goal, and holding true to our principles, and seeing it pay off in the sell. That love I have for real estate drives me to be on top of my game, in staying educated, and gaining accreditation. Then forwarding my expertise to my clients, in application. For 8 years I have specialized in distressed real estate. I stood on the front lines of the real estate fall out, negotiating on behalf of people loosing everything, and making sure they weren't taken advantage of. I’ve never been a real conspiracy theorist but having a property by a marine base and seeing these contrails over it. Has me suspect that these trails are purposeful in obscuring troop/equipment movements from satellites because our this stupid useless war with Iran.

Just finished the remodel of our camper, the installation of the live-edge table i refinished and mounted on a standing desk base with casters so we can wheel it out to use for a cooking island. Eva sewed new curtains and reupholstered the interior. We changed the lighting, painted, the faucets and other fixtures. Eva will probably make a post with her cinematic excellence and show the full scope of the before and after.
