1. A price reduction doesn’t = a “bad" house.
Sometimes it simply means the original price missed the mark. A price adjustment can create a great opportunity for buyers to take a second look.

2. The highest offer isn’t always the best one.
Price is only part of the equation. Financing, contingencies, timelines, and overall certainty can make a lower offer more attractive.

3. Character > perfectly updated
Original details, unique architecture, and a little personality can be much harder to recreate than a trendy renovation.

4. Waiting for the perfect interest rate can backfire.
Rates can change, but so can home prices and competition. Waiting for the “perfect” moment could mean missing the right home.

5. Not every room needs to be neutral.
A little color and personality can make a home memorable. Neutral has its place, but your home should still feel like you.

6. Bigger isn’t always better.
A smart floor plan can make a smaller home live better than a larger one. Usable space matters more than square footage alone.
